CHOOFAS Smoked Meats
Our meats are rubbed with CHOOFAS own dark dry with some meats being smoked for up to sixteen hours to ensure the ultimate in flavor and tenderness.
The smoking process involves exposing meat, poultry, fish, or other food items to smoke from burning different types of wood such as hickory, mesquite, apple, cherry and oak, among others.
The smoke imparts a distinctive flavor, aroma and color to the food.
